1. Access and account

To shop at UnSoirDoux, you need to be 18 years of age or have the consent of a guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date and for protecting your login information.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts in the event of suspected abuse, false information or violation of our terms and conditions.

2. Products and prices

We strive to provide as accurate and clear product information as possible. However, color and appearance may differ from the images depending on screen and settings.
All prices are in EURO (EUR), including VAT. Shipping costs are added according to our delivery terms.
We reserve the right for final sales, any errors in stock balance and information that is obviously incorrect, such as incorrect prices or technical typos.

3. Order and payment

When you place an order with us, a purchase agreement only arises when you have received an order confirmation via email.
We offer payment via American Express (AMEX),Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay (Shopify), and Visa. When paying, a credit check may be carried out by the payment provider.

In the event of suspected fraud, technical failure or invalid information, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Any promotions and discounts are valid for the specified period and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Prices in the online store may differ from prices at retailers or in physical stores.

4. Shipping and delivery

Deliveries within the France are made via La poste, either to a representative or with home delivery.
The normal delivery time is 7 – 15 working days, but can vary depending on the product, brand and season. During holidays and campaign periods such as Black Week, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances beyond our control.
The risk of the goods only passes to you when you have physically received the delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As a customer of UnSoirDoux, you benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), starting from the date you receive your order.

You may examine the goods to verify their nature and characteristics, but they must not be used beyond what is necessary.

Returned items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Complete and properly packaged

If the product has been used, damaged, or is missing original packaging, a depreciation may be applied, which may reduce the refund amount, potentially up to the full value of the item where applicable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

A return cost deduction may range from €5 to €10, depending on the product’s weight and shipping method.

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item, in accordance with French regulations.

In the case of an exchange, the initial order will be refunded, and a new order must be placed for the desired item.

6. Complaints and Legal Warranty

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via email at contact@unsoirdoux.com including your order number and supporting images.

Under French law, you benefit from:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) (garantie légale de conformité)
  • Warranty against hidden defects (garantie des vices cachés)

If a claim is validated:

  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund

If the issue is due to misuse, improper handling, or external damage, return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.
